Fake Doctors Note…?
ok so my best friend is coming into town tomorrow and i wanna take her out to the beach and shopping…i havent seen her in soo long..HOWEVER. i made and excuse and told my boss i was taking my mom to the doctors..n now she wants a doctors note..what do i do??
Do Lady Doctors Hospital Staff Dress Differently
From people in other professions? I told her that it was really lame and she told me to think of a better name for her site. We basically only have one clothing store here- Wal-Mart (but only carry stretch jeans). The diatribe against Hillary speaks volumes about this. I m a size 10, btw, asking a serious question for discussion. I feel like they are giving Christians a bad name. It is, as so many have accused, very 80 s. They are protesting because she shopped at Lane Bryant.
We took the Muni (the SF bus system) out to the Haight first today. Call me a old fashioned to a point but I do not like paying good money for jeans that look old, holey, dirty looking. A friend and I have auditions for a reality tv show. Making women of a perfectly normal size 10 12 14 think they are large or even plus sized? She s a plus size (22 to 24), she is definitely a classic woman, but somehow feels all she can wear is elastic waistband jeans, long t-shirts & clogs. My Mistress would like for me to take on a more feminine appearance for 2008 and wants to take me out shopping but we don t know what stores in Las Vegas are friendly towards crossdressing and we dont want to offend or upset anyone but we do want to go out and for me to try on clothes and get measured for a bra and proper shoes and skirts and dresses and blouses.
I have winter coloring with dark brown hair and brown skin. If you re looking for an amazing resource for things like fashion, romance, friendship, music, plus size modeling, trends, health, cooking, etc, then I have a place for you. Thanks Ya ll, Middle aged Plus Sized Lady that does want to look like a teenaged hooker or a old grannie.LOL DOES NOT WANT TO LOOK LIKE A TEENAGED HOOKER OR GRANNIE:) PS-I live in a rural area of Mississippi which has very limited stores:(. I want her to feel special for her 60th by getting her an outfit that is quality (this is soooo important) yet casual and sophisticated. How do you feel about plus size stores using super skinny women. It makes me mad b c I wanna know what bigger women look like in them b c the clothes are for bigger women. Most girls and women I know are not 5 7. He has catalogs of Victoria s Secret, Frederick s of Hollywood, Playboy, Ujena and more. My mom s currently trying to open a website selling plus size clothes for women, and she came up with the name “Secret 4 U”. Now I know we have high rates of obesity in the UK but is this really going to help? I m so sick of how most jeans have gone to stretch (even toddler jeans for crying out loud!).
I go around and look for fashion foward clothing for plus sized women and the things I see are very boring. I ve looked online at Carhartt (have normal jeans but not right size) and at other places. However, I m not having any luck on where to purchase the products.
I am a christian and can not believe that they would even think about doing something like this. I mean, if it s about the clothes, they ve had plus sized women on the show, why not petite women? Catalog have misses, junior, women s and plus sizes. I finally found a great silk satin dress at a local department store that fits perfectly. Why is it that I have yet to find any department store that sells shirts that flatter a plus size woman instead of make her look worse? They think this is horribly wrong and are now going to protest. LOL My stretch jeans that I ve had for a couple years now still look brand new, I try not to wear them. I got to the point where you pick the size and had to load up their sizing guide as it was all in XS,S,M,L,XL etc. CDATA Celebrities such as Queen Latifah and George Foreman are responding to an overwhelming need for clothing stores, specifically with plus-size clothing lines.
old who may wear a size 22 has to shop where her grandma or 50+ year old aunt does. I was just changing my Avatar and yes i am a curvy woman and the selections for plus size avatars is way too limited and just ugly clothes. i am a taller male with a little extra weight, so the stores would have to cater to plus-sized Women. The regulary of other derogatory terms against women, such a feminine hygiene and plus size, attempts to cloak women in pathology.
The only problem is that it is bright red and I am worried that the color might be a fashion “don t.” One of the weddings is at a resort on the beach in Cleawater and the other is at a country club in North Carolina. I m wanting to simply open a plus size women s clothing boutique, which would be a great market in the area I m in.

Fountain Valley Truck Accident Lawyer’s Top Ten Things Doctors Do to Cause You to Worry After a Truck Accident
1. Ask if you are prepared to immediately go into surgery.
Â
2. Ask when was the last time you checked to see if your health insurance was current.
Â
3. Ask if the other driver looks as bad as you look.
Â
4. Ask how long you can be off your job without jeopardizing it.
Â
5. Tell you that they are going to have to try something risky.
Â
6. Ask what took so long for you to come to the hospital.
Â
7. Ask if you knew you had a pre-existing problem.
Â
8. Suggest you prepare to be in the hospital for awhile.
Â
9. Ask if youâve heard the one about the person who came into the hospital for one problem and found they had two others.
Â
10. Suggest that the next time you have an accident you have it with a vehicle that affords you better protection.
Â
Here are ten useful tips of advice from a truck accident lawyer to follow if you have been in an accident. You can also learn more about how to handle a truck accident in Fountain Valley, or any city, by calling the Law Offices of R. Sebastian Gibson at any of the numbers which can be found on our website at http://www.SebastianGibsonLaw.com  and learning how we can assist you.
Â
Obviously, if you have had an accident, and you are reading all of this advice, itâs probably been at least a few days since the accident. However, if itâs only been a few hours or if you ever have another accident, hereâs what you should do the next time from the start.
Â
First, take a look around and determine if you or anyone, are hurt. If so, taking steps like trying to prevent further injury or loss of blood are the most important thing you can do. Even if some other driver caused you to be injured, itâs just good manners to help the other driver if they are hurt. They may even be so thankful that they admit their fault to you. The worst thing you can do is get angry or start a fight.
Â
Second, make sure everyone is safe from being injured further. If you are in the middle of traffic, and you are dizzy, sit down away from traffic. If your vehicle is a traffic hazard and you have accident warning devices like flares or triangles, put them out on the road to warn other drivers and get away from the car. Let the police an other emergency personnel investigate the scene with the vehicles in place and move them more safely at a later point.
Â
Third, call the police. Accident reports are extremely helpful if the police will do such a report. Let the police know you are injured immediately. Answer the police questions honestly. But if you are dazed or confused, let them know you need medical treatment and answer only what you feel sure about. Remember, your statements can and will be used against you if you admit fault, and it will be too late and too fishy to later say you didnât know what you were saying at the scene. Police know that your best recollection is immediately after an accident.
Â
Fourth, get the other driverâs information including their names, addresses, driverâs license numbers, make and model of their vehicles, license plate numbers, and their insurance company name and policy number. If there are witnesses, get their names, addresses and telephone numbers as well. If the other driver makes any admissions of fault, write those down as well.
Â
Fifth, if you have a camera on your cell phone or in the car and you arenât too injured, take some photos of the vehicles and the scene. If you canât do it right away, do it after you are released from the hospital.
Sixth, if you are hurt, obtain medical treatment. Donât decline the ambulance or hospital examination to save your insurance company money or to be stoic. Take your valuables out of your car if you can and get checked out at the hospital. If you are not hurt, donât get treatment you donât need. However, remember, after an accident, you may feel a rush of adrenaline that causes you to only start feeling symptoms of pain a few hours later. If you have a health plan that requires you to obtain permission first, call them and find out where you are allowed to seek treatment.
Â
Seventh, call a good truck accident lawyer as soon as you have had your initial treatment, so the attorney can gather other important evidence and prevent the insurance company from taking advantage of you and obtaining such things as recorded statements that you feel fine, when many of your symptoms have yet to manifest themselves. A good truck accident lawyer can save you from making a great deal of mistakes and can shoulder much of the hassle of knowing what to do about car repairs, car rentals, medical treatment, witness statements and the like. If you think you will save money by not having an attorney, think again. A good truck accident lawyer can almost always obtain much higher settlements, obtain reductions of medical bills and insurance liens and prevent you from making costly mistakes. Also, most truck accident attorneys advance costs of obtaining police reports, medical records and the like and are paid and reimbursed for these costs only out of any settlement.
Â
Eight, you will need to report the accident to your insurance company, but since they will want to take a recorded statement from you, just like any other driverâs insurance company, itâs good advice to retain an attorney first. And if the other driver did not have insurance, remember that it is your own insurance company that will be your adversary. You will also need to report the accident to the Department of Motor Vehicles and your lawyer can give you the form for this.
Â
Ninth, do not agree to settle your claim privately with the person at fault for the accident. This almost never works out to your advantage. Donât agree not to call the police. Police reports that determine the fault for an accident are golden. Your agreement to not involve the police only affords an opportunity for the other driver to change his story and blame you when the police will no longer investigate the accident.
Â
Tenth, donât pay a traffic ticket without a fight if you werenât at fault or agree to accept a small payment for your vehicle repairs without knowing that the amount will in fact cover the cost of all the repairs.
Â
If youâve had a truck accident in Fountain Valley, Westminster, Tustin, Seal Beach, Orange County, Yorba Linda, Tustin, Lake Forest, Newport Beach, Anaheim, Irvine, Huntington Beach, Corona del Mar, Laguna Beach, Santa Ana, Orange, Fullerton, Costa Mesa, or anywhere in Southern California, we have the knowledge and resources to be your Fountain Valley Truck Accident Lawyer and your Orange County Truck Accident Attorney. Freaked Out. Hoping Someone Smarter Than I Am (and Some Doctors Are) Will Read. Long Explaination Question.?
Okay, there is something wrong with my throat, and no one can seem to (or cares enough to) figure out what. If there are any really smart doctors or med students who roam around looking to give free advice (probably way too much to hope for, but you never know) or someone who has had the same symptoms, please, *please* answer this if you can. I have been to every medical site I can think of, as well as urgent care and the ER, and no one can tell me anything…
I noticed this about three months ago. I was swimming at the beach when a wave hit me from behind, hit my head, and I felt something in my throat move. Like the throat itself was shifting to one side. For a moment I couldn’t swallow. This wasn’t exactly painful, but it was highly uncomfortable. That feeling of discomfort lasted for the rest of the day.
A few weeks later, my throat started to swell, from chin to collarbone. It was a visible swelling, and was not concentrated to my glands–again, it was more like the throat itself. I went to urgent care and spoke to someone who said my throat looks fine, and she prescribed me a mild corticosteroid (sp?) for a week. The swelling went down, but I continued to experience discomfort when any type of pressure (no matter how soft or mild) touched the outside of my throat.
Then a couple of weeks ago, I started to have trouble swallowing. It felt like the back of my throat, on top, was very very dry. It got a bit worse, to the point where I had trouble swallowing without lubrication of some kind. I must’ve gone through gallons and gallons of water in a day and a half. Now, to be clear, I *could* swallow. But not without difficulty. It also felt as though the glands on the sides of my throat were swollen.
My husband took me to the ER, where I spoke to a doctor who listened to my symptoms, looked in my throat for about two seconds, and announced me normal. When I started crying and insisting something was wrong, he rolled his eyes and ordered an x-ray. (Sorry, had to rant for a second.) The x-ray, I’m told, also appeared normal, with no swelling or problems.
He prescribed a broad antibiotic (azythromyacin–sp?) for me, which I’ve been taking. It seems to have helped the swallowing problems, and the swelling has gone down. But just a few moments ago, I picked up something, was holding it near my throat, and had the first feeling of actual pain in my throat. It was not sore–more like the throat felt bruised on the outside.
I don’t have insurance right now, so I can’t afford to go see someone specializing in ears, nose and throat, but I *know* something is not right with my body. Please, I am begging, if you think you might know what’s wrong, answer this question. Guesses are welcome, as long as they’re well-informed.
I would really really appreciate any insight. Thanks so much….
Does Anyone Know Of Any Doctors In Long Beach Or Surrounding Areas That May Perscribe Iv Glutathione?
This is for Parkinson Disease. I found 1 in Newport Beach, but it’s kinda far. My mom would like to see if this could help her out and make her feel better. Thank You!
Doctors Call for Changing Antibiotics in Treating Gonorrhea
The rates with which new drug-resistant types of gonorrhea spread across the United States have accelerated so much that the doctors are now switching to new types of antibiotics to fight the disease. Among heterosexual men infected with gonorrhea about 6.7 percent in were infected with a drug-resistant type in 2006, while only 0.6 percent had the same diagnosis five years earlier. Men going to STD clinics for test are subjected to standard gonorrhea tests too, while the data obtained in these tests is monitored. The results obtained from such clinics in 26 cities display that drug-resistant gonorrhea was found in 26 percent of heterosexual men infected with gonorrhea in Philadelphia and about than 20 percent in Honolulu and four areas in California, Long Beach, Orange County, San Diego and San Francisco. The growth rates of such diseases among gay men were higher, with 38 percent in 2006 in contrast to only 1.6 percent five years earlier. In the course of 14 years, the vast majority of gonorrhea cases were effectively treated with a type of antibiotics called fluoroquinolones. Today, many doctors start switching to another class of antibiotics called cephalosporins. But the doctors are concerned with the fact that there’s only one antibiotic class left to treat gonorrhea. And it is hard to say whether there will be another drug to treat the disease when it again develops resistance to the drugs currently put in use. Other diseases such as tuberculosis have recently leaped ahead in what concerns resistance to common medication and microbes like Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella penumoniae and Acinetobacter species give the doctors new things to worry about. In the The United States about 700,000 sexually active people of all ages and genders get infected with gonorrhea each year. Thus, gonorrhea is the second common infectious disease, chlamydia being the first one. There was no resistance to to the cephalosporins from gonorrhea, so the STD centers are now recommended to prescribe ceftriaxone, sold as Rocephin, which is administered through injections. Cefixime, or Suprax, are also recommended for use. The above mentioned drugs will replace the three drugs that are currently used for treating gonorrhea: Cipro, Floxin and Levaquin. Those who are allergic to cephalosphins, can consider using Zithromax, which is successfully used as an alternative to common treatments for chlamydia. Over the years, gonorrhea has shown a steady development of resistance to most antibiotics that were used for treating it. First these were sulfa antibiotics, then penicillin and tetracyclines after that. The centers responsible for STD treatment have frequently called against using fluoroquinolones in cases of gonorrhea because of the steady development of resistance in different parts of the world. Now with only antibiotic class left in reserve doctors worry about what happens next, when they run out of options. It is early to state that there’s a gonorrhea epidemic coming anytime soon, but what if something like that happens when gonorrhea develops resistance to cephalosphins? Nobody knows.
