Long Beach man one of 4 arrested as beach police recover stolen bicycles
BLOG: SOUTH BAY CRIME, COURT NEWS People who had bicycles or other property stolen recently in the South Bay were urged today to contact Manhattan Beach police, who recovered a half dozen bikes and some other items during an investigation that resulted in four arrests.
