Why does back acne happen? Many believe that the toughness of the skin on the backside has something to do with this. The presence of a high number of sebaceous glands may also play a role – this is because the gland makes excess oil and this oil in turn causes back acne. This leads to the large nodules that can be quite painful.
So what is it that causes back acne?
There seems to be as many theories as there are people. The basic difference is on the inside. While back acne happens mostly due to the high level of toxins in the body that cannot get out, body acne and facial acne on the other hand can be accounted more to the hormonal levels and their imbalances.
Thus obviously, the level of toxins is more crucial in back acne than in facial acne. Yes, hormonal balance still plays some part (because this is a factor in all kinds of acne), but this is mostly restricted in back acne. It is much less dominant here.

Can I Get My Older Teen Grandkids To Come Back ?
When they were little, they loved to come to Grandma’s house. I had them over every school vacation except Christmas. We did crafts and visited museums and played on the beach. The last few years, I took them to amusement parks and rented video games. Now I can no longer afford to do that, and they don’t come anymore.

How Can I Get Back At My Neighbors For Never Letting Me Play Music?
Its not really that i want to get back at them, i just want to enjoy my music!
I live in a small apartment in long beach ca, my neighbors to the left are super lout and always fighting. It gets on my nerves but i never complain. The walls are so thin in this apartment i can hear my neighbors even when they talk.
Sometimes i just like to enjoy my music or watch movies. Not even necessarily at a loud volume, just loud enough to hear the people in a movie talk and be able to enjoy the action of it.
It can be around 6pm or earlier and the other neighbors to the right still come knocking at the door. One time they even complained to our land lord.
Is there a way i can just play music without being evicted just because my neighbors are a-wholes?
By the way we live on a main street right in front of a bus stop so there is always loud noises coming from the buses and motorcycles and stuff all night anyway.

I have coped with chronic back pain for over 2 years, missed alot of work. Took alot of aleve but for some reason I had an allergic reaction to aleve and now can no longer take them. Tylonol does nothing for me. I recently had an outpatient surgery and the doctor perscribed percocet for the recovery. I was at work the next day. No one could beleave I just had surgery. I felt like a normal person. I went to my sons football game. I could never set on the bleachers before. Unfortunitly the perscription gone. I stretched the dosage out from 7 days worth to 12 by not taking the full amout perscribed. I’ve seen 4 doctors since to try to get a script for this medication. No one will perscribe any pain meds. Evening trips to the ice cream shop, hours of sitting in a beach chair, long car rides where only fast food is available: all of these factors may have added a few extra pounds to you and your kids over the course of the summer. Now with the start of the school season how can you get yourself and your kids back on a good eating and exercise routine? The following 4 steps will help you lose those unwanted summer pounds and develop a good routine for the whole school year.
Pack your lunch. Not just your child’s lunch, but your lunch as well. Make meal preparation an activity that you do along with your kids. Include them in the process from start to finish. First start by making a grocery list of all the foods you will need for breakfast, lunch and dinner for the week. Remember that kids are more likely to eat healthy foods if they have chosen them themselves. Next, food shop together. And last, make lunches at the same time that you make dinner in the evening. Did I have dancing school after school? Was it gym day? Was I going to a friend’s for a play date? Now, as an adult, the questions are a bit different but still require planning and packing the night before. Am I going to the gym first thing in the morning? Do I need to pack my clothes for an after work workout? Am I meeting a friend for a run? Do I have some healthy snacks with me? This simple step each night still helps me, to this day, make each morning run smoothly.
Get a tutor or outside help. If your child was doing poorly in math, you would not just let him throw in the towel and drop math class. Same goes for your workouts and eating regimen. If you find that you’re struggling with your current plan, find yourself some outside support just as you would find your child a tutor or supplementary tutoring class. Join an exercise class at the gym, hire a trainer for a few sessions, consult with a nutritionist, find an exercise/nutrition support group. When one avenue doesn’t work, try a new strategy. You would never let your child just drop out of school if one method of learning wasn’t working. Same goes for your exercise and nutrition plan. No one plan works for everyone, so explore all your options and choose the best plan for you.
Remember that health should always be your highest priority. Teaching your child that health is just as important to their future as school will get them started on a life long path to healthy living.
