		<description>you really gave some great details about your space .i would go with a&quot; not quite&quot;brighter navy color for the lower portion of the wall with the molding  behr from home depot has a great color called &quot;star spangled&quot;(how appropriate for the 4th)if you pick up a color chart from there lowes can easily duplicate it for you. as for the top and full walls pick a light &quot;blue-based gray both (don&#039;t know if your planning on painting over the brown or not but both colors suggested should coordinate nicely with it regardless)</description>
