Looking for a car that can handle being taken to the beach, the river, the lake, going fishing, camping, hiking, going on long road trips and getting a little dirty. Cant afford a truck due to high insurance (and high gas prices) from speeding tickets and a car accident. so looking for a nice cool looking car that can keep up with my lifestyle. I’m requesting to contest the auto liability decision on claim# 22233, that occurred 06/21/09. I strongly feel that this wasn’t therally investigated.
In the location where the accident occurred there are four lanes in which two pair lanes go the opposite direction. There is also a white pavement connected to the outside lane where vehicles are permitted to park off to the side legally. During the conversation with the independent adjuster I advised that my friend and I took seperate vehicles in leaving another friends place in long beach in which we ended up getting lost for sometime due to the freeways being closed and to make matters worse her cell phone died out and I didn’t have my Gps with me so there was no means to communicate other then pulling over. I confirmed with the independent adjuster that after I pulled over on the white pavement, I did look to see if there was any traffic first before retrieving my cell phone, purse and opening the driverside door. However it wasn’t asked how long my driver side door was open. Since there was no communication with my friend and not being familair I had open my driverside door but still remainined in the car realizing that there was a seven eleven down the street and looking in my purse to see if there was something to write with and assuming my friend would meet me at my car to walk together. My door had to have been open over a minute or two. After the other vehicle had striked my vehicle the door’s shell and trim panel flew off passed my friends vehicle which also indicates that my door had already been open prior to the collision. In addition the damages to the other vehicle was the front bumper all the way accross to the driverside door. After switching insurance information the other driver stated that he wanted to leave so my friend took pictures on sides of the door instead of the intire damage however it was the other drivers duty to see my opened door.
What Means Of Transportation Are Available To Las Vegas From Long Beach, Ca Other Than Greyhound, Plane Or Car
I’m travelling with 3 children ages 12 and under and am not interested in the extended drive, traffic and all. We’re planning to go in June, and Greyhound is not a viable option.
